Domaine Terres de Sable in Aigues-Mortes

The Sable de Camargue wines won 12 medals, ten in gold and two in silver at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris!

We were in Camargue on many occasions during 2025 and we think there are some great little gems on the rise!! When we spoke with Chloé and Diego of Domaine de Sables, they were very excited at the future opening of their Relais & Chateau on the property; almost as much as they were at the prospects for the new 2025 vintage,

Aigues-Mortes, Cassis and Terres du Larzac are just three of the relatively unknown great wine-making areas we'll be introducing our guests to during 2026 to complement the great wines of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Luberon and Provence.
