What To Expect

We hope you brought your appetite because we will be eating and drinking a lot! Experience tells us that you won't want to stop after the first bite of authentic Italian cuisine. Everything you try will be delicious! Whether it's a local hidden gem or a Michelin-star restaurant, you can rest assured that the food will be mouth-watering… the wines will be top-rated and the pairing polished to perfection by generations.

When it comes to wine, 'generations' is the secret ingredient to perfection. Some of the wineries we will visit go back as far as 800 years! One of these wineries produces a famous award-winning Pinot Noir. You will be welcomed to taste the wine and also be invited to dine with the owners.

In over 30 years, Phil, your host, has made friends with many winemakers and their families. As a guest of Phil, these families will welcome you to their vineyards for a truly unique experience filled with food and wine that you will not receive on any other generic wine tour. This is a wonderful opportunity for any wine enthusiast to meet and talk with some of the best winemakers in Italy in a beautiful and casual setting.

If you like the sound of everything so far then we are sure you are going to enjoy your aperitivo in the place where winemakers, wine lovers, and everyone in the wine business meets to exchange ideas and stimulating

conversation - in vino veritas! You won't feel like an outsider here, not when you are accompanied by Phil.

These are just a few of the many unique experiences we have prepared for you on your tour. If you would like to be emailed a more detailed itinerary please click here and it will be with you shortly.
